Guest Service Representative - Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
Accompany guests to correct department and team member
Creates a unique and personalized experience for each customer
Accountability for satisfying all customers you meet, by going above and beyond
Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Assist various departments with special projects as needed
Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed
Maintain office supplies for specific location
Manage the overall appearance of the showroom
Guest Service Representative - Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Maintain professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to complete background check
Applicants may be drug tested
