*Responsibilities:* - Breakfast buffet for hotel guests - Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times *Qualifications:* - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and food safety guidelines - Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to interact with guests professionally - Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
