*Position Overview:*
As the Service Crew, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to Live Crisp.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with other crew members, management, and our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly.
This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part of our continued success.

* Ability to clearly communicate with management staff, fellow #CRISPCrew, and guests
* Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
* Become a master at creating signature salads, grain bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
* Practice FIFO
*Job Requirements:*
*Minimum*
* 1-year customer service experience
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Passion for living a healthy life
* Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
* Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to assist in staff scheduling around peak times to ensure deployment of a full crew for each shift
*Preferred*
* Fast-casual experience
* High school diploma
* Drive to consistently improve and take on more
