Customer Service Representative/Quoting

DUTIES: * Handle customer complaints by providing solutions to ensure the customer is satisfied * Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product * Process sales orders or requests in a timely manner * Quote projects based on customer's specifications * Other duties as assigned SKILLS: * Ability to multitask since some tasks require communicating with multiple customers at one time * Strong organizational skills to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner * Communication skills, pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities Experience in Microsoft programs and QuickBooks is helpful, along with previous customer service experience.
HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.
