Core Responsibilities: * Handle transactions with precision and speed, including Deposits, Withdrawals, and Loan Payments/Payoffs * Ensure accountability of your cash drawer, ensuring it is secure and balanced.
* Using attention to detail to ensure every transaction is executed accurately.
* Answering customer questions both in-person and over the phone.
* Welcome customers warmly, providing a standout experience that leaves a lasting impression.
* Guide customers through the process of new accounts and highlighting available products and services.
