Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to work at our Grand Forks, ND office.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
15-20 hours per week.
This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support.
A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service.
In the few minutes necessary to perform most transactions, a Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity Desired Skills: Strong communication Attention to detail Proficiency in computers Teller experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Salary range is $14.
00 - $16.
00 per hour based on experience.
