*Customer Service Specialist * *Job Description* Looking for an energetic positive person to work with our amazing customers.
We have an established inmate communication business (40 years) and we work with 170+ counties in the Midwest.
This person will assist county staff and route technical issues to customer service techs.
This person will be the main contact for county customers with questions and problems.
Most important is to provide a positive helpful experience for all our customers.
*Job Duties* Answer phone calls and emails Call and establish accounts for attorneys Ship Packages with UPS and Spee-Dee Create work orders Transfer calls to Tech Support General office duties, letters, and mailing Light duty accounting: paying bills and entering deposits.
Assist other staff with Word and Excel projects and reports.
