Lincare is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our Team.

Duties:
* Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
