Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Process customer payments using the cash register or POS system - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift - Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a prompt and courteous manner Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
