We are hiring an Agronomy Operations Intern in Warren, MN for Spring 2024! This internship will work closely with our customers, ensuring they are provided the highest level of service and information possible.
Responsibilities
Complete general administrative duties on time with high quality.
Set up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform accurate data entry into various systems.
Assemble and maintain files including accurately entering all information, keeping files updated and maintaining complete electronic file documentation.
Provide clear communication with location managers.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet all required timelines.
Maintain a full understanding of company products and services.
Work with sensitive material and maintain highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
Currently enrolled in a Business or Ag Business related degree program.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
