is currently looking for an outpatient treatment provider to primarily facilitate group therapy sessions in the International Falls, Roseau, Crookston, and Thief River Falls, MN areas.
Group therapy sessions will be held in person out of the MN DOC offices in the above areas, while individual sessions may be held virtually from residence.

*Duties & Responsibilities* *(may include but not limited to): *Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions (in person and telehealth).
Complete diagnostic assessments and group intakes.
*Qualifications & Knowledge: *Holds a MN Licensure in one of the following areas: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), applicants whom hold a master's degree in a behavioral science program, whom is working toward licensure, may be considered.
*Skills & Abilities:*
* High levels of organization and has the necessary motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner, as well as a willingness to learn information consistently to improve skills
* Value a team approach to client care and work well with others
* Proven self-starter who can generalize information and use resources to problem-solve.
* Ability to be an effective and direct communicator (verbally and in writing) with referral sources and others within the agency
* Ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
* Knowledgeable about, and follows through with, ethical and legal requirements
* Willingness to learn and seek information when confronted with difficult/new situations
*Salary: *Wages are competitive with other clinics, dependent upon applicants' experience.
A company car will be provided for travel.
