Leading Edge Equipment is searching for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant based in our Michigan, ND dealership.
As part of our team, you’ll provide a full range of support duties for a dealership location.
Directs visitors to the appropriate dealership personnel.
This position reports to the Store Manager.

What you’ll focus on:
Answer multiple phone lines and greet customers, providing the best customer experience while directing them to the proper personnel
Provide administrative support duties for all departments
Assist accounting department with basic financial transactions and reconciling
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Order and maintain office supplies
Showroom merchandising
Support in event planning
Other duties as assigned
What we need from you:
Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks
General accounting experience
Experience using Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools
High school degree

Associate degree
