Job Title: Site Coordinator
Location: Grand Forks, ND
Compensation: $36,797.
99 - $40,756.
60 - Based on degree level and experience.

Job Description: Mayville State University Child Development Programs is hiring a Site Coordinator who is responsible for supervising the Grand Forks Child Development site and coordinating day-to-day operations.
This supervisory position provides advisory services to families and staff.
This position must have great communication and organizational skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Site and staff supervision
Administrative tasks
Childcare licensing oversight
Managing facility maintenance
Applicants may receive financial assistance in obtaining continuing education.
Child Development Program employees may qualify for student loan forgiveness.

Position Details:
12 month; full-time (40 hours/week)
Minimum Qualifications:
Be an adult of good physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health, and shall use mature judgment when making decisions impacting the quality of childcare
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and oral)
Experience working with diverse populations
CDA Credential or other qualifying degree, listed below
Minimum of one year of experience in a childcare business or similar setting
Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory/management position
· Qualifying degrees:
AA ECE
BA ECE
BSED ECE
BSED Elem Ed with ECE Minor
Degrees in Child Development and Family Sciences may be acceptable; transcript will be checked after submission of required application materials.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start regulations
Experience with Bright and Early ND
