We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who is seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!
The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions.
This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records.
Assist with employee relations activities, such as employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and training and development activities.
Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, paperwork completion, and termination documentation.
Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.
Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in HR practices and policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documents.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles preferred.
